Testimonials

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Marta and it completely changed how I view myself and my disorder. She made what seemed to be enormous mountains blocking my way to normalcy into much more manageable hills. If you are looking to change the way you view yourself, be taught ways to improve your life in all aspects, and be supported throughout your process-this is the program for you.

With Marta I had a wonderful experience. Marta is patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic. She cares about the success of her clients and is great at picking up where you left off between sessions. She develops individualistic plans with you to form realistic goals, and offers accountability throughout your time if you choose. Furthermore, Marta was great at reflecting on the process and creative in adjusting plans if necessary. Since my time working with Marta I have continued to use strategies we developed that reinforce my work and personal goals daily.

Navigating life is difficult enough. Navigating life with ADHD often requires additional supports to succeed. There is a lot of misinformation about ADHD and how it affects the person diagnosed and their family and friends. The coaches at “Coaching With Brooke” truly understand these challenges and instead of judgment, offer support and strategies for success. Along with medication, counseling, a 504 plan and our own research my daughter has made it to the end of her high school years. She maintains an almost 4.0 GPA and takes Honors classes but not many people see the hard work she puts in to maintain these accomplishments. The specific executive functions she struggles with are prioritizing tasks, emotional dysregulation, and task initiation.

Since utilizing “coaching with Brooke,” specifically with Marta, she has been able to develop plans to get her tasks completed and a plan to know what to do when things don’t always “go as planned.” Our family dynamic is much calmer. Specifically weekends were often stressful. She would have things to do and know idea how to prioritize and then begin the tasks. With Marta’s “objective accountability” as my daughter explained and support, she has been able to navigate the weekends, have time off and get her tasks done without frustration or shutting down. Marta has been a Godsend and I know this experience will not only positively support my daughter as she enters college, but as she helps others who struggle with ADHD.

We were new to ADHD coaching and Marta has been such a huge support. Her work with my daughter helped her accomplish tasks she had been previously unable to accomplish on her own. She has taught her tools and strategies that she will use throughout the rest of high school and on into college. I highly recommend her!

I really enjoy working with my coach. Marta is extremely helpful with assisting me in my methods of planning for college. She also has been very helpful in developing accountability skills. I have seen drastic improvement in myself with organizational skills and lessened degree of academic anxiety about schoolwork through her coaching.

Márta was a joy to work with. She is motivational and encouraging but serious when it counts. She helped me organize and solidify a plan that was reasonable for me. But, I ended up exceeding some of my goals because the foundation we built was so solid. If you are considering a coach, you should hire Márta!
